For the PF Roller gates, rubber wheels are used instead of track wheels.
The solid pneumatic wheels, puncture proof for long wear with a loading capacity up to 1050 kg.

For the wheels fabricate to suit rubber wheels ( attach specs for rubber wheel- 250mm highlighted in blue) to assist.
For each PF Roller gate 1 each rubber wheel fitted bottom of each end rail and mid rail.

Posts
Posts - IPE section 100 x 55 x 5mm
Posts to have a minimum height of 3m
Each post to have 6 holes (3 on top and 3 at the bottom) to be used for fastening panels on to posts.

Pales
Pales - minimum height to be 2.4m
Pales to be constructed of 40 x 40 x 5mm angle iron sections
Top of the pales to have spear head shape

PANELS
Panels be bolted on to posts
Panels to be constructed of specified pales above
Panels to be welded on both sides to the horizontal rails.
The maximum gap between the pales shall not exceed 120mm
The maximum length of the panels shall not exceed 2500mm
The maximum distance from the top rail to the top of the pale shall not exceed 600mm and from the bottom of the rail to the bottom of the pale shall not exceed 400mm

Top and Bottom Horizontal Rails
Horizontal rails shall be 40 x 40 x 5mm angle iron section
All materials of the steel palisade to be hot dip galvanised to SANS 121
Bolts, nuts and washers for fastening panels on to posts to be included

Galvanised Sliding Steel Palisade Gate (2.4m high x 5m)
4 x Gate posts for each gate - to be constructed of 100 x 55 x 5mm section
Frame of the gate shall be 80 x 60 x 5mm
The in-fill frame 40 x 40 x 5mm angle iron section spaced 110mm apart
Anti-tamper facilities provided for each gate's locking mechanism
All gates have the spearhead pales protruding at the top by 150mm
All welding on the gate and panels are full (no track welding)
